Limited Brands associates ring bells for charity

A group of Limited Brands associates braved the winter chill to ring bells for the Salvation Army Red Kettle at Easton. Associates greeted customers and passers-by with sounds of bells and some holiday music at a few entrances at Easton Town Center in Columbus while collecting donations for the Central Ohio Salvation Army.

In the month of December alone, Limited Brands will have several hundred associates volunteering around Columbus by ringing the Salvation Army kettle bells, assisting families at the Salvation Army Christmas Cheer Drive and Choice Pantry, or packaging food at the Mid-Ohio Foodbank and lending a hand at the Ronald McDonald House.

"I really appreciated having the opportunity to give back to those in need in the community. Ringing the Red Kettle Bell was a great experience, and I look forward to volunteering next year," said Brenda Chilcote, a Limited Brands volunteer.
